We want you to love your purchase from Glitzy River Boutique! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer exchange or store credit under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be received back within 14 days of the original purchase date (shipping time included)

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Freshies
  • Jewelry & Accessories
  • Gifts
  • Bodysuits & Intimates
  • Any item discounted more than 15%
    • including automatic discounts, Facebook thread sales, and promotional markdowns
  • Pop-Up Event Purchases

Due to the additional expense and demand during pop-up events, all pop-up purchases are considered final sale with no exceptions.

Pickup Orders

Orders not picked up within 14 days of purchase will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions based on whether the item is being returned locally or shipped back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
